Unknown monogram

I moved this from the soda section, cause I'm not sure it's a soda. No info found by myself and other members, do you know? Quite a few bubbles in this bottle. No other marks or embossing, tooled crown. Please, I gotta know.

Full shot, the spot on the neck that looks ground, seems to be something that happened during manufacturing, as it has a bubble inside it.
