Unknown pot lid (perhaps Australian)

I don't know anything about this lid, except that I haven't seen any like it previously. I've checked http://www.deantiques.com/PLG/ and cound't see anything that looked close. It was found digging in Sydney recently (and no, we haven't found a single intact lid so far!).

Does anyone have any iedas?

It appears to be a UK lid, W.T. Cooper Anteceptic Carnation Tooth Paste, Oxford St.
