Unusual Find-Dug from Eastern Shore, VA

I would like to study that one. There is a lot of mystery formation that seams out of the ordinary. I have studied ovefr a couple thousand early bottlesk but that one has some outstanding strangenessl.Where is is located ???? RED Matthews

So I still would like to see it close up. I think it was made by someone who didn't have a lot of skill ahead of making it. It doesn't look like a lamp base to me.
