Very Crude Embossing

I've seen this bottle before but never with embossing this crude. There's no mold # on the base.

DOUGLAS
EGYPTIAN LINIMENT
DOUGLAS & CO
NAPANEE CANADA

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

I dont think the embossing is really crude , it just looks like the slug plate got clogged up. Vent holes and embossed probably needed cleaned out.

Or the glass may have just cooled too much before they blew it. That could cause it not to fill in the embossing well.
