Victorian Float Lamp?

Not sure, think it's a float lamp, without the holder.
Had to snatch it of the table at the consignment auction when choice was at 2 bucks.
I like how delicate the glass is and of course the color.
Any info appreciated. RJ

I never heard of a "float lamp" so I I don't know if it would need a holder. A wall pocket vase I can see needing one, though not always.
