Virginia Dare with Seal

I also found this bottle which has the Garrett seal embossed in the neck of the bottle with Garrett & Co. Virginia Dare Norfolk, VA. Established 1835 embossed in the bottle. However, what I found most interesting, there is a partial seal which says Homer's Ginger and Brandy on the top. Any info? I'm having trouble finding out how common it is with the seal. Any help is greatly appreciated.
