What are these anti spill inks or fly traps?

they are about 2 inch high any ideas?

I think they are a bit small to be fly traps from the old ones I have seen. I have never seen these before, but no spill ink does seem plausible.

Thanks for showing those. I don't know what they are other than interesting.Whatever they are I'd guess a single use though. I don't see a way to drain and refill unless maybe the stopper would give the clue, like a vapor separator or something? [8|][8|][8|]
