What do I call this base ?

I have this pretty little master ink and was wondering what to call this base.
It has 3 mold marks that make it look like it was 3 pieces put together to form the bottle.
I think it says 6 oz on the bottom.

WoW, It almost looks like they used a broken mold. Strange one on me.
