This is my one & only pontil which Bostaurus gifted to me.
It was a real surprise! I never thought I'd own a pontil! [:)]

Mine was a pontiled barrel mustard, embossed W. BRAUNEWELL. I dug it in 2006 from my very first privy. I had it until this past year, when I gave it to William Braunewell's great-granddaughter, who contacted me through my website and asked if I would sell it. I didn't want to sell it, but since it meant so much to her as a piece of family history, I happily gave it to her. ~Jim
