another view, the bottom of these says patented, but it is very hard to read, these are about 3 inches tall, thanks kyle

white bottles like that are called milkglass. i believe those were used for tooth cleaning powder. i saw one on ebay once and that is how it was listed.

thanks for your help. I was able to find one on auction that listed it as a civil war tooth powder bottle.Kyle[&:][8|][:)]

How about this tall skinny solid white glass thermos? It says Casoni and Ovoro on it. The cup screws off and it looks like it'll hold about 2 ounces. Worth anything?
