Barber Bottle 2?

Hey everyone,
I found 2 bottles while previewing an auction today. Have I found barber bottles?
The blown stoppers kind of threw me off a little, I was looking for metal stoppers. Any comments about them? They have a pontil, as do the stoppers. They are very light thin glass, I thought perhaps Italian?

Hi LadyP,
Both of these bottles look more like decanters than barber bottles.As you've already noted,you expect metal 'dash' caps on barbers.Silver overlay on glass became popular in the Nouveau period in France but the designs look much more recent.The shape of the bottle on this post IS very reminiscent of Murano glass,but again the pattern is not at all typical.My best guess (and it IS a guess![]) would be French or Flemish,not Italian.
