I recently happened upon a thick glass bottle with embossing of

Dr. Sax's Beverage Co.
Registered

on the opposite site it has the address:

57 Morrell St
Brooklyn, NY
Contents 6 1/2 OZ.

Any help identifying the type of beverage, and time period the bottle was manufactured would be amazing. If the bottle is worth anything would of course also be nice to know. Thank you for your help in advance.

Looks like 1940 - 60 and soda pop to me.
