i don't know how everyone seems to find all these amazing bottles I live in Maryland and I have no clue how to get permission to dig at old houses or find old houses for that matter...yeah it sucks

We find out about a lot of dig sites here by just talking to people. It can be just about anyone...older folks, business owners, or anyone who lives in an old neighborhood. Construction and demolition workers can also be a good hookup. For dumps, check out ravines, creek banks and small wooded areas. Old farm dumps can also be fun. I went through a lot of frustration at first, not being able to find a good dig site. Not every lead will pan out (we get lots of bummers), but give it a little time and you should have a full slate of sites lined up. Good luck! ~Jim
