Tall yellow bottle

Hey, So my buddy picked this up the other day and we have no idea what kind of bottle it is..... any kind of info would be great! Thanks

I believe it's a tall, free blown, yellow, tapering bottle with a flared lip made in the mid to late 20th century in Mexico or some such place as a decorator piece, never intended for a product and worth whatever someone is willing to give you for it. Pier One type stuff.
