Dug cobalt apothecary bottle from Philly!

Nice one ! I have seen several of those 3iv bottles but all the ones I see are usually clear and have no other embossing. Alek Salka

Old Mill Site...Where To Look??

I found an old mill site. It is rather large, with tall mounds and large trenches. The rocks are not in neat walls anymore, they are all scattered. I was wondering, would I find anything around a place like this? Where would I look? Thanks!

Now I LOVE these kind of stories, and I have a few of my own. As far fetched and crazy as it sounds, it is 100% TRUE. One time, about a year ago, I was behind an old house foundation digging in a pit (privy??) and I found a cork top Rawleigh's bottle and that is all. I continued digging and came...

How did they put pickles in those? I'm guessing they were those round chip ones and they stacked them in the bottle like Pringles...[:D]

And it's my most prized. One side says BARRY'S and this side says "TRICOPHEROUS FOR THE SKIN AND HAIR" and the other thin side says "NEW YORK".
