Well, quite a day. I had no less than ten sites lined up to check out, started at 8am and went to go get 'em. The first site yielded a dump, and I did a bit of diggin' It looked 40's, all clear glass except for one BIM Lung Tonic. Moved on to the next site. Walked for miles in boiling sunshine...
Well it rained all day, so I didn't dig. I went walking to find new sites...I got soaked to the skin. Still, it's always good to be out breathing fresh air.
Found a fantastic site. The "fill" on the right of the wall is all dump material. Lots of glass in it. There was a house on the opposite...
Got out digging today, great, but it wasn't all good. Here's my dig, it's down on the right down a slope..

I've always thought that identifiying an ABM bottle was simple: if it had a through-the-lip seam it was ABM, if not then it was BIM.
I'd like to know if there were any early ABM achines that didn't produce a seam all the way up, and that some bottles that we think...
