Ecco Eby Harrisburg Cobalt Blue Bottle

I found this beautiful embossed cobalt blue bottle at recently discovered dump site that appeared to be untouched/unsearched. I came away with 15 bottles and will have to go back because I couldn't fit much more in my pack. This was a medicine bottle that contained hygienic body power. Running up the sides it is embossed with these words "THE ONLY GENUINE ECCO POWDER" on one side and then "EBY CHEMICAL CO. HARRISBURG PA., USA" on the other side. On the bottom it reads "ECCO TRADEMARK REG. EBY CHEM CO". There's no date code on it but I'm guessing it's from the 1940's. Also unsure of the bottle maker. A search on this site for Ecco showed no results. A search for Eby brought up a bunch of results for Ebay!

That's a possibility. Except it fortunately seems more rare than those common types.
