[8|]Walt is a land developer, and has many bottles. This one he found in the stump of a live oak tree near Savannah GA. 20 Years ago. We have asked many people about it, even took it to an antique store in Savannah, we get the same thing its not that old not worth much! It was wedged in the root system of a two hundred year old tree between two locations known to have been on Sherman's Trail of destruction to Sav. Just curious if it could be in the same time period! The bottle has a twist in the neck as it was pulled. Lots of bubbles, no seams, deep pontil 2 1/2" bottom of bottle is 3" wide the top is uneven & the ending string of glass swirls back down the neck! It is a beautiful bottle!
