They are considered "comparatively scarce" but I've definitely seen a few. Typically sell for $150-$200 in great shape. I believe it is a GXII-23. Note, yours isn't "sheared lip" unfortunately...the entire original lip has been broken off.

HI IT IS MIKER THE GXII-23 HAS THE UNION ON THE OVAL AND THE C.I.&SONS ON THE OVAL BACK OF THE FLASK MY FLASK HAS THE UNION BELOW THE STARS AND C.I.&SONS IN THE BANNER BELOW THE EAGLE LOOK AT A GXII-23 IT IS DIFFERENT THEN MY FLASK

Roger, The photos of yours are tough to see. Its a GXII-20 then.

I just pulled out McKearin because I've never seen a Union flask with 14 stars and McKearin indicates that this mold had 13 stars. There is a tiny dot in the mold next to the left inside star, but that's not another star.

I got a similar one but mine has the A&DHC in ribbon below Eagle. out of like 15 different ones don't have that one. If dated that old, surprised no Iron Pontil? Leon.

I saw it on eBay. I'll note once again that your flask is damaged. This is not a "sheared lip". The lip has been broken off this bottle...it was not made this way.
