2 ink wells from tag sale

Hi All, my sister got these 2 ink wells from a tag sale for $5 each, I told her to send me pictures and here they are. One is a carters, the other has no marks. This other one does have a seam but am I wrong in thinking that bottom has pontil mark? Anybody have any feedback? Approximate age, ball park value, was it worth 5 bucks each? Thanks!

Neither is pontiled and $5 each is all the money, but as long as she likes them that's all that matters. The mark you see on the bottom of the unmarked one is a just a burst bubble that was in the glass...
