It's Arabic script. A good national level museum of history or archaeology should have someone on it's staff who can read Arabic. Also worth trying Universities with Arabic language or Middle Eastern Studies type departments. Academics are usually pretty approachable if there's an interesting question to be answered.
I think I have it almost figured out. It looks to me like it says "Milk Milk Lemonaid around the corner Fudge..." and that's as far as I've got. I'll keep trying. Swiz
"It says "Islamic [words I can't read], Kashan". I think it's Farsi. I can read the word 'Islamic' because all Muslim words remain in Arabic no matter what language. Kashan maybe a place or a name...it's the word on the bottom of the label.
.....further Google search finds that Kashan is a city in the Province of Isfahan, Iran
Historically know for (many things) and RoseWater.....related to religious rites.
