This appears to be a gallon size vinegar, syrup, or some other liquid product jar. The lid you have means nothing since there's no label attached, it may or may not be the lid that originally came with the jar. I can't see the base embossing well enough to tell what the logo is. The numbers on the base would have been used internally by the manufacturer to designate style or any one of a number of variants.
