Nice finds Gary...That is a nice ink, I've found them before and they are heavy. I think they're part of a desk set, not a specific brand name of ink. Yours looks to be in excellent condition. Never dug a Sutherlands though. They were a prosperous family with those seven long haired sisters. Nice!

I have seen lots of advertising for the 7 sisters hair products such as the one Surface has posted so I knew it was a prosperous company
And like you I've never got one or heard of anybody I've known to get one
And yes Surface that's the remnants of Saturdays blizzard. Good times!
The ink is undamaged and has a light amathyst color
