[] Went out diggin' the other day and came up with a whole lot of broken stuff but thats better than nothing[] Most I didn't keep, the blop top is a local brew that I wish wasn't broken! The amber base I thought was cool with the big kick up>

You know I bring shards like that home all the time because I enjoy looking at them and dreaming of how the bottle would be whole. I have been contemplating a new media that will take the art world and antique world by storm. How about mounting our broken finds in a slab of plaster of paris and hanging it on the wall as a wall sculpture. We can call it " Digger Art". Any one else have some creative suggestions to put our best shards to good use. I really would like to hear them !

Oh yeh! heres an old cast steel pot. It's kinda cool I'm not sure if it's that old but it looks it.

I collect the small shards and have recently put them in another bottle on my window ledge....when the sun shines on it, it looks amazing !!!!

All it takes is time.........the whole ones are out there........you just have to keep at it.......it's like a game of odds.....sort of like a slot machine.........if you play enough.......you are bound to win![]

That is a great idea! I am going to start doing that too. I always find shards that I look at and throw to the side. But that is a real good idea with those special ones that you wish you found whole. Thanks for the idea.[]
