.50 find at rummage sale. I first thought beer or somthing, but the partial label has words that seems to indicate some type of medicine. I will list the readable words on the bottle and would appreciate any help with an Id and date range. Thanks,
Charles

I have been digging that exact same type bottle over and over at a toc dump. This dump is loaded with wine, spring water, round bottom sodas, and food bottles. So , I agree that it was most likely a spring water bottle.

Might be a mineral water with high concentrations of minerals, which was used medicinally.. like Saxlehner's and Pluto Water..

Most all the mineral waters were advertised as being medicinal. Some of them were probably a bit nasty smelling.
If you have ever been to a sulfer spring and smelled the water you probably wouldnt want to drink it. Someone would need to convince you it would have wonderous health effects.

Always wanted to try tasting Saxlehner's , my impression is it didnt taste that great but they sold a boat load so who knows?
Maybe it made a good drink mixer.
Maybe the still make it back in the old country.
