To clean / tumble or not is a very personal thing, there is no correct answer. I am a proponent for leaving as is if the patina is colorful and ads eye appeal. If it is just stained, as this one is, I say tumble unless you like it as is. In my estimation a tumble is called for in this case. My ex-U.S. Navy nephew collects anchor embossed flasks / bottles and would pay a fair amount to have that one tumbled. It is not a common variant as mentioned by Eric. Satisfy yourself, either way it's a keeper in my opinion.
