Got the set of these two cards
"Marrying for money"
and
"Working for money"
for the minimum bid of $5.99.
Both stamped by C. Roethe who coincidentally had embossed bottles made -- both in clear glass and less common in amber. Of all the druggist bottles in my collection I've only been able to match a handful with their respective Victorian trade cards.

Very nice! Druggist cards with druggist apothecaries would be a huge undertaking and probably well worth the effort. Druggist bottles will be the next wave of collectibles, I believe.

I have go withs for a couple of medicine bottles but only one for druggist. That would be Paine from Vermont before he went national.

Here are three victorian cards that Go-With a Dr. Green's from Vermont. Also a dose cup. The back literature is a treasure.

Thanks for sharing the cards.

Nice Cards Jason!

I am going to check out the Vintage Paper show in SF,CA on Jan 31st-Feb 1st to see if I can score similar cards like that.

The Vintage Paper show is a good place to get deals on postcards, and trade cards...you might want to come up from San Jose to stock up on some more of those neat cards.
It's being held at the Hall of Flowers on 9th and Lincoln streets....you can check out the website....http://www.vintagepaperfair.com/sanfran.htm
