Any repros are find they just need to be marked. Debossing the date in the bottom is simple and works well to mark them so virtually anyone can tell they are modern. Its not rocket science.

I think there could actually be a decent market for repros if they were done right. The trick is to make cheap enough molds. Some of the graphite paste molds might make it feasible. Plus , you need artisans who can blow convincing glass , and of course raw glass which looks 'right'.

Who'd have thought leaving something that a ring of Spam on purpose would resurface a year and a half later and gain sooo much interest. [:D][:D]
