Just curious if anyone has any extra information on this bottle I found recently. It looks just like the Keeley's Gold Cure for Drunkeness, but with much less interesting embossing. The back shoulder has Keeley's script signature. I know the other Keeley bottles have some value, do you think this one is worth anything? Have you seen or heard of this variant?

Thanks for any help,

Ryan

Thanks Dave; you're always very helpful, someday I hope to have a library as complete as yours [:)]

I think your list covers most all of the Keeley types I've been able to find reference to and at least one I haven't heard of, here's one more from Kovel's:

Bottle / Drug Leslie E. Keeley Co., Druggist, Ill., Keeley's Variant, Clear, 6 In.

Still none like mine though as mine does not mention drunkenness or neurotine or tobacco habit or Druggist, just the Keeley Laboratory etc.

Anyone else have anything to add please let me know!

That bottle is listed in my medicine book. Its not as collectible as the drunk, tabacco, and NEURASTHENIA? cures but would probably still sell in the $30-40 range if cleaned up.

Thanks Matt! As soon as I recharge my PayPal account I'll buy your book, as well as make a donation to this forum.

So glad to have such a resource here,
