Anyone ever see this one?

I have a new Jake (well almost). I won it on eBay this weekend but I have not been able to find anything on it. I have a pumpkin seed flask "jake" from the same company and those ones are pretty common. I have never seen one in this shape before. Is anyone familiar with it?

It is embossed: C. H. Reddy & Co. / Manufacturers of / Jamaica Ginger & Flavoring Extracts / Battleborro, Vermont
