I've always wondered about that seller. This person seems to have an unlimited amount of labels and has been selling them for years. Now old stocks of labels are found in pharmacies sometimes, and there are thousands upon thousands of them circulating around, so it's definitely possible, but I'm not sure how that many found their way to Thailand.
