Hello all:

Gauvins Syrup for Babies and Mrs. Winslow's are two of the known baby killers. Lack of medical care helped mortality rates in the 1900's and these two didn't help either. A beautiful concoction of opium and morphine always helped put the baby to sleep.[:'(] []

I have always seen them in clear or aqua, but in green. I saw the aqua listed for around $10. Any increase in value for the green one? It appears shorter when sitting side by side. The photo is misleading. Madpaddla

Nifty, was wondering what this bottle held.... bottle embossed 4 sides:

side 1 ~ Mrs Winslow's
side 2 ~ Soothing Syrup
side 3 ~ Curtis & Perkins
side 4 ~ Proprietors

Placed beside other aqua colored bottles this one is definitely on the green side also (don't mind the gunk):
