Hello, I purchased a 10 1/8 inch tall Dr. Guysott's Yellow Dock Sarsaparilla bottle from Barnes & Park NY at a flea market on Friday. I searched the interenet and fund that this bottle with the Barnes & Park name on it dates to the 1857-59 period. My question is, is this a rare variety of the Yellow Dock Sarsaparilla bottles or if not what the approximate value is? I don't collect bottles, I buy and sell small collectibles and this bottle was purchased with two other pre 1900 bottles from Hawaii. Those two are Waialua Soda Works and Spring Soda Water Works Co. bottles both 9 inches tall. All three are in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or other defects that I can see.
