Bill Agee died today

Bill Agee, author of two cures books, Collecting All Cures, and Collecting the Cures died today in Waco, Texas, he was 80 years old. Funeral will be Wednesday in Waco, Texas. He was one of my best friends in the Dr Pepper and bottle world and will be missed a lot, thanx, Doyle Bailey, Baytown, Texas.

Was the authority on Dr Pepper bottles and cures. We talked almost weekly, and this past week, three times about bottles. He was my best friend and "expert" when I need info. Will be missed very much, Doyle

Yes that struck a chord when I just saw the title of this post. I remember reading one of his books at our library years ago.

He will certainly be missed.
His books are among the best specifics in the collecting world. If it weren't for efforts by him, Shimko, the Wilsons etc., etc. I would know nothing.
We are so lucky to have had him.
