I think the green one could have actually held a citrate type medicine,probably a mineral water or soda however. Are you digging in Illinois?

I dug those two in Southern Ind. Yeah, Im west of Chicago mostly farm dumps and privies. Not all that exciting. Mostly toc stuff. I would love to dig more in some of the older towns. Just seems alot harder to get permission around here. I would say 75% of the time when I ask to prob and dig, people tend to just brush ya of and think there is something wrong with me to want to dig a privy. Its so bad in some of the areas if decide to walk around and knock on doors, I stop at the police department first and tell them what I'm about, and what I want to do and if its ok. Just in case!!![]
