Hey all!

Does anyone have info on syrup bottles that were banks? At least I think they were syrup. They came in animal shapes. I know it was a bear. And someone told me one was an elephant. Thanks

Grapeette made several of the bank bottles there is the clown which is very common and i know there are 2 variations on the elephant. one version has the ears that stick out and the other one has ear more on bottle. i was told the version with the ears that stuck out had problems going through the machines. you will also find a bear that i think was a mustard jar but not positive but there are several types out there. hope this helps some Brian

Thanks flasherr

hey flasherr thanks for your help. I'm from pa. I only know one person in texas. and she doesn't dig. I'm just getting into digging. I found a great dump site while hunting. and found out it closed in 1948. And now I'm hooked.
