Hello Irina,

Careful you'll spill the Lithia. [8D] Have a look at some of the previous discussions here on the Buffalo Girls.

Member Buffalo Hunter is very knowledgeable on the subject, and I'll bet he will be along soon...

Hello Irina. I have one setting here by my computer screen. I think I have two others up north. They have had a lot of coverage here on the FORUM. Mine has an applied ring finish and one of he better styles of lady setting on a piano stool with a bottle on her right knee. There have been several different embossing layouts - I know that from what I have seen.

I really like to collect larger water bottles with the ground glass stoppers with them. Chemung Spring Water, Bear Spring Water and Fulton Spring are three types I have.

Welcome to this A-BN FORUM. It is a very great group of people helping others learn about old glass. I have to recommend you go to the work of Bill Lindsey shown here; to give you a lot of learning about old glass bottles.

This man has created and keeps updating this priceless help information center.

To surfaceone; Please tell me how you put in three words and have them take the reader to the previous thread subjects list. I guess I am still learning. Every time I try to search for subject coverage like that it becomes a confusing mess.

Hello RED,

I noticed early in navigating the forum that when people would make links with all of the long internet address gobbledygook, it was kinda unsightly too my eyes. I found that when selecting the link button, one had 2 choices. I copy the URL address to the box marked "URL *" and insert whichever words i want in the lower box labeled "URL name." so if I wanna send someone to your website, I say go visit RED Matthews!

I hope that is more clear than the mud I've been navigating. I'm a mac guy, so procedure may be slightly different for the pc users.

Well you've heard the old saying, "Call his name and he hears it everytime."

Irina: As for the Buffalo Girl there's a lot of reading here in old threads that will answer most of your questions. In a nut shell they are pretty easy to find, come in lots of various colors and mold variations. Your's most likely dates between 1900 and 1906 (roughly).
