I'm not able to determine which C.G.W. company this is. It doesn't look particularly old, though it does have an interesting pattern to it. Any ideas are appreciated.
It probably held alcohol at one point. Check if the seam goes all the way up the neck to the lip, it is machine-made. If the seam stops short of the top, then it's a tooled top. Tooled bottles stopped being made between 1910 and 1915 give or take 5 years. C.G.W. is an "unknown" glass mark at the moment. It could have been used for one or multiple glass works at varying times in history (mostly 1870s-1880s). I doubt your bottle is older than 1930 but I've learned not to disregard screw tops.
