i agree with gunther i also see the seam and the lip looks wrong for an old bottle. the color is not right and i dont see a pontil! im going to say it is a newer bottle.

It looks a bit like something out of old home wine making kits. I really dont know much about it from what i can see.

Thanks, everyone for looking. The top didnt look right to me either, but everything else did. Can anyone tell me how the top was made with a seam that doesnt match the other seems on the bottle? Its hard to see in the pics, but the top was put on separate. Was the bottom blown? and the top made by machine? Its unique to me, and more info on something like this would be appreciated. Christine PS I did check the Pristis site, and he said that the lip/collar on mine was almost completely uncommon. Thanks again all.
