CARDUI , THE WOMEN’S TONIC - CHATTANOOGA MEDICINE CO., Aqua rectangular

I have found this bottle but can't find a picture of it. I've only found this discription of it on this website http://webpages.charter.net/blindsey8952/toniclist.htm Can anyone tell me more about it like how old it may be and if it's worth anything. Also the small bottle says 3 1/2 oz. on the neck and it says Bartons Dyanshine on the bottom. Thanks for any info.

RE: CARDUI , THE WOMEN’S TONIC - CHATTANOOGA MEDICINE CO., Aqua rectangular

Cardui was made by the Chattanooga Medicine Co, owned by Rev. R.I Melree, and was supposedly made from an indian recipe. It was first made in 1879. Your bottle is worth $5-10 and I'm presuming it's BIM, which would make it made before 1900. As for the Barton's Dyanshine, all I could find out is it was a shoe polish.[:D]
