Nice flask for sure.I have one with a double collar top and pontiled base.You got the bottle at a good price for sure. Waterford is in NJ where it was blown.This bottle comes in colors also.They are priced high for sure.Glassworks just sold a light emerald green one for 2000.00 .I tried to get it but dropped out at 1500.00 These bottles at one time ,25 years ago where of no real interest to big collectors but thats all changed by the internet and civil war guys. One more note: The pontileds Unions are no older than the smooth base bottles. They where blow in the same glass houses using old ways until everyone got use to blowing glass in a snap case mold. Bottles all date 1863 area.
