Civil War Era Early Black Glass Questions

Dug this super early applied top three piece mold botte a while ago. Any Ideas on probable age range and use (likely civil war era ale?)? What would you call that type of base? I don't think its a pontil type, but I'm not 100% sure either.

They look like the ones i have dug in the civil war huts in Va.
