Cleveland Ohio 5 Gallon Water Cooler Bottle

Today my brother in law got this bottle. I think it is for a water cooler, it's pretty cool all in one piece says Distillita Jumbo Cleveland Ohio and has a number 1 on the top. I don't know a whole lot about it since I am pretty new with the bottle digging and stuff LOL. Any help would be great. Thanks[]

im Pretty sure it isnt a water cooler bottle because the embossing is not upside down...and if it were a water cooler bottle that would be a major marketing flaw..
