OK, two questions for cows moderator, one, how do I access the "quote" option as you have done here, and two, how do I respond to someone other than the last person to post? I did find the quote icon but not sure how to use it as it pops up with

. Not sure how to handle that. Never did figure out an "adjusted" response to a particular previous response. Sorry for my lack of computer techy-ness, I'm old. Oh, also dismayed at posting of pictures that require some method other than clicking on the usual highlighted descriptor. Tried typing in online to no avail. So dumb! Getting old sucks sometimes.....Jack PS- I thought I was being punny with "Got Yeast?" as in "Got Milk", knowing beer has yeast as a necessary ingredient. Never intended to muddy or confuse the issue. That one bottle on fleabay is certainly not a liquid bread, but a recycled bottle for god only knows what kin of yichy yuck!

Guess I put "LIQUID BREAK" on it instead of bread...because when I worked for my brother years ago we would take a liquid "beer" break.[].JAMIE
