Any Clint Eastwood buffs with know the "I gots to know" reference.

But when Quincy and I were hiking the riverside where I found that Boston jar, he found this shard washed up on shore. It looks to be the base of a cobalt blue early fruit jar. The only full letter embossed is a "W", looking like what you might find on the base of a Whitall Tatum jar of some sort? next to it is a piece of a next letter, could be an H.

Would love any info on this one. Would love to tell Quincy what it went to
Thanks

Vanna, I'd like to buy a vowel ...

LOL! [:D]

No idea Bram, looks like it was a good one though. Being a lowly TOC digger I don't see such material too often. Hope you catch some leads.

Hey that sounds like a possibility. Thanks for giving it a shot.
I found a couple of Wilcox jars listed with base embossing. Nothing in cobalt, and nothing that fits the embossing exactly. I wish I could show someone in person, because when you see it, you can tell it is very early. I'll bring it to the next show I attend for sure.
Thanks
