Is anyone familiar with a giant glass coke bottle?
My granddaddy use to help out when he was a little boy at the local COCA COLA Bottling plant and one day they people there gave him this giant coke filled with coke and had a cap on it. The coke was so huge, he had to pull it home in a wagon and made himself sick drinking all of it. I always heard the story of how he obtained it over the years, even from him, but he has since passed and I'd like to learn more about it.

NOT SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY GIANT ...I HAVE A TWO LITER COKE BOTTLE ... AND I CAN REMEMBER THERE BEIN A 3 LITER BOTTLE BACK IN THE EARLY 70'S BUT NO LUCK ON FINDIN ONE.

This one was patented December 25, 1923 and is 20 Inches tall. My grandpa use to cut grass and clean windows for the Coke Bottling Co. in Quincy Florida and they gave it to him as payment.

It sat in the display window of the the bottling plant. My mom took it to a coke museum 25 years ago and all she told me was they'd be interested in purchasing it. It was passed down to me from my parents to go with my collection.
