Traded for this bottle, was informed that it was a pontiled cologne splash bottle, valued at approx 250.00. Can anyone give me more details on this bottle? Is it a cologne, is it rare or common, is value close. Thanks

More photos, please, with less bucolic background, and more bottle. What are it's dimensions? Any back story come with the trade?

I've not seen the term splash bottle linked to bottles of this type. I think it's a more modern perfumist term.
