columbia ss coke

thought i would post this one and get capsoda's opinion on it.this is the second oldest bottle in my collection. i got it when i was around 11. i would classify it as mint. i can find no wear at all.. what i like is the color to me it's more ice blue than anything. warren what color would you say?

Ice blue and a very nice bottle. Your lucky to have one in such nice shape. Coke bottles were recirculated so often that most got alot of wear and preaty scratched up.

it's from columbia sc. it's listed as common in his book. i have always treasured it because it's in such great condition. i collected bottles when i was in my teens, then i joined the air force and i sold all my bottles but this one and a dispencey bottle. wasn't any room in your A bag when you're always moving. they were my two favorite bottles.

Hey John, Thats what happened to my collection. Sold some, gave most away and gave a few to my mom. Then it was off to "A Great Way Of Life" I beleive was the moto then.

Crap!!! Now I feel old. Thats the one they use now. [sm=lol.gif] They changed it because some dork got out on the grounds that he thought it sucked as a way of life but nobody drafted his but.

If you run across another one of those in good shape grab it for me.
