Common crock style beer? Can't make out mark.

I don't remember how this came into my collection but I had this for a while. It's marked but I can't make it out? Is this common? I hope it is common cause it's got a base chip on it. Comments welcome, otherwise, I'll ditch it.

Grosvenor Glasgow. Common...we dig a ton of them but people like them and I get $1 each at the shows. They are fairly old...1870's-1880's usually.
