A picture of the chip will help. 98% is not an accurate assessment of condition. A bottle missing 2% of the glass could be devalued by 98%,all is relative. I would be seriously interested in purchase at a fair price if it is for sale.

sorry I got injured at work not much time lately I'll try to have the pics on no later than sunday . if your going to judge the chip as 2% I will reevaluate my percentage to 99.8% condition
